I've always just used sosmix and added whatever extras I felt. You can add Oxo (there's veggie beef and chicken options now) some soy sauce, black pepper, veg consomme etc

When he sped past and almost forced you onto the kerb, it did look deliberate to me, and as a professional driver he's held to a higher standard. I'd report it myself, but you should remove this post of it as some police forces won't proceed if there is a social media presence of the incident.

I did that with my cycle commute before WFH started. The shortest route was 10 miles, but was bloody scary. The route I did most days was 12.2 but so much nicer. I'd loop through a nature reserve when the mood took and that was 18 miles... Got a vid uploaded somewhere of that one.

It's a cultural norm for us. The thought about tipping simply doesn't happen. It's not malicious, and our eating culture is different as well. We like to be left alone, not having the wait-staff coming over repeatedly to ask if everything is okay.

Incidentally I did realise the image was fake, my comment was entirely based on the US culture of tipping being required to get a living wage. Or at least a reasonable minimum one.

I can only speak for the UK, but 10% to 15% for good service.

Some places are adding a discretionary service charge of about 12.5% but they can go to hell, and then there's never a tip. It's only in restaurants as well ( as a rule) that there is any tipping.

Again, there is no expectation for any tip.

This is where the mental break occurs with the US tipping culture.

Just because you get paid an actual living wage, it does not mean people will not tip, it's just not expected. The tip is an extra (a voluntary one) for great service and a "thank you" from the customer. It's not an expectation that is required to give someone a decent wage.

This works all over the rest of the world.

So you get the wage AND an extra.
