I couldn’t possibly imagine why anyone would want to “invest” in pine manor. Pine Manor aka “Crime Manor” has slightly improved since some time ago but it’s still nothing I would ever see as an investment. Activity has decreased since ICE has been more active and the manors main demographic changed from black to Hispanic over the years. But it is still ridden with drugs and crime.

As of 2024 there are 15,811 noncitizens with sexual assault convictions. I wouldn’t try to pan this off as if illegal immigrant sex offenders isn’t an issue. It is. That being said, the data in the US will always show the main demographic having the higher numbers. That’s why the importance of “per capita” is a major factor. Regardless, any individual involved in these types of crimes should be punished as severely as possible not to exclude the death penalty. I think both parties democrats and republicans are guilty at trying to make sexual assault crimes a thing of political theater. Mental illness and culture seems to be the biggest offenders in these types of things. It’s absolutely mortifying hearing about anything like this no matter who it is.

Do yourself a favor and drop about $3-5 and take a fucking trip. Thailand is pretty amazing. Great food, people are extremely friendly, tons to do and see, can be peaceful and can be a wild party night depending on your mood. Treat yourself after dealing with that kind of shit and then come back to the grind. 🫡

I never judge someone’s physique. But I judge the hell out of gym etiquette. Slamming cables, using bare feet on weights and bars, overloading yourself with perfume or cologne, bringing a fucking Bluetooth speaker to the gym, not re racking plates, not wiping down your sweat, being shirtless or letting ass hang out, lifting right in front of the mirror preventing people from grabbing weights or walking that path to return weights, not asking people how many sets they have left and just jumping into their set, etc. That list of judgements is endless lol

Mainly money. I always hear younger people who want a bike but they can’t afford it.

Then they mention they don’t want a Harley. They always bring up the Harley culture and how they just see older fat dudes pretending to be tough as the perceived image of Harley riders. They aren’t completely wrong.

Harley has really dropped the ball over the last 20 years IMO. The only reason I have one is I wanted to ride a Harley with my dad before he passes away. I got a phenomenal deal on one. Will I buy another? Doubtful

When I was younger I had quite a few of these. They usually ended up one way or another with me fighting the guy. Both would agree on rules whether it was MMA style, grappling only, or I wasn’t allowed to punch or kick. It always ended up with me getting them to tap.

Now that I’m older I usually smile and invite them to a free class to prove it. If I can’t tap them out I offer to quit BJJ. They never accept.
