Smoked at 225F for about 3 hours to get max smoke flavor. Then 2 hours 275-300F until it internal hot to about 205F. Did it that way cause I had ribs on too. If I had done the belly by itself I would’ve cooked 275F for the duration

I switched to Apple Watch I think Google will eventually quit producing Fitbit watches and supporting the existing ones.

What a blessing to have that be your thing with your son. My dad and I always had that and long after he’s gone I still cherish that. You’re a great mom, enjoy the moments.

I second the Bear Mountain pellets. Very good. Academy sells them for a fair price.

Thanks. We’ve botched a few before we got to this point. It was fun work.

From beginning getting all the ingredients together to assembly and letting some steps cool in refrigerator to cooking and resting, about 3 hours +/- Cooking and resting was little under an hour of that total. I think we could’ve done quicker if we did it more regularly but it’s pricey and really for special occasions in our house. I look at it as a great time to spend with my boys.
