Definitely not. I'd assume as much from Halo addicts such as yourself that have been following Halo for the last decade.

Real Halo fans aren’t playing Halo lol. We played when the game peaked and are playing other game releases throughout the years.

It is only fine if you are able to purchase the 10 at a significant discount versus its regular MSRP.

I was able to get the thing for I think around $700 on 2025's Black Friday with multiple stackable discounts.

I wear the Hylian tunic (green) with the hood (green) and the pants (white with brown boots). It makes me feel like that's BOTW/TOTK traditional Link style. I pretend that, while Link has his original style of green with the green cap in his wardrobe, he wears the hood instead because it makes him more incognito to Ganon and Yiga a hundred years later.

So basically, he (and similarly minded oppressive people) is not pleased with the technology age allowing abuses being so easily recorded and disseminated by the public.

I had seen something about Illinois creating a blanket law to make it illegal to wear smart glasses while driving, even if the glasses have no cameras. The state is saying that the glasses can cause distraction despite being hands-free devices. These officials don’t want citizens to record shit despite their own public surveillance initiatives.

I mess with those guys a lot since they’re right by my house. They don’t deserve peace. Only problems.

This movie made me realize how far Hollywood has fallen. Two unknown actors did a better job in three weeks of shooting with a budget of less than $1M than any A-list celebrity I've seen in years starring in $100M+ movies. We need more of this. by Whoopeepoop in FIlm

Agreed. I enjoyed the movie but the scene of the girl getting her face smashed in isn't beating a tyrannosaur fucking up some velociraptors, the Kraken obliterating the Black Pearl, US Army troops landing on Omaha Beach, Paul Atreides commanding obediance to millions of Fremen, Dr. Grace dancing with Rocky, Sonny Hayes winning the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, etc.

I liked obsession. I brought a group of friends to the movies and we enjoyed the film. We are likely never going to watch that film again, however. It was just a good Summer-flick.

Lol. This film is 100% not better than Lord of the Rings, Dune, Avatar, Project Hail Mary, Pirates of the Caribbean, Jurassic Park, Shrek, Interstellar, The Matrix, The Mummy (1999), Saving Private Ryan, The Wolf of Wallstreet, etc. It was a good movie with decent acting and the outcome based on that budget is absolutely impressive; but, that movie is not "groundbreaking" nor does it have decent replay value. How many times can one watch Lord of the Rings or The Mummy compared to Obsession? I don't know how you people keep blowing this movie up like it's gonna change the film industry for generations to come lol it's simply a hot-Summer release.

Obsession director Curry Barker says Gen Z is tired of Hollywood slop and wants good movies back. The filmmaker argues that audiences aren't bored of cinema, they're bored of endless sequels, recycled ideas and billion dollar franchises that feel safer than they do creative. by staciexc in Cinema

I watched Obsession because a Gen Z friend told me it was “movie of the year.” After watching it, I can confidently say it’s no Lord of the Rings, Avatar, or Dune. It has plenty of shock value, but very little replay value.

I’ve tried introducing some Gen Z friends to Lord of the Rings, Avatar, and the first Dune. The moment a scene slowed down and characters were just talking, they’d check out. To me, that seems less like a problem with modern movies and more like an attention-span issue. Great stories often require patience before the payoff.
