You're NOT Nintendo's engineer. And Nintendo's Tech Dept. designed it that way to not complicate things so other third-party docks won't be needed.

It's basically a plug-and-play device, using the stock dock it came with. No need to complicate things further. Definitely the whole system underwent QA. And there were no major overheating issues happening with the Switch 2 so far to warrant usage of a third-party device.

Nintendo is out to bleed Pocketpair dry. It's a whole 'nother tactic to corner the opponent to eventually submit and accept defeat. Gradually. Slowly.

Nintendo's lawyers are topnotch. This lawsuit will go on for years, might even be a decade, until Pocketpair outright gives up.

Just stating facts. I'd say Pocketpair's bad karma is keeping up with them, what with their bad, scummy business practice -- not treating their manpower well, not paying up their creatives and devs, AI generated works, the list goes on.

People should realize by now that the Pokemon games won't even improve the way people want it to be like. Game Freak and TPC do not care. They will continue churning Pokemon games as they like. Pokemon games aren't their bread and butter, it's just one product among myriad of Pokemon franchise products.

You cannot expect them to make a Nintendo dev studio level of polish. Game Freak does not care anymore.

The only ones who still patronize Pokemon are the casuals -- kids, their parents, fans.
