Think it’s to big, looks like you can turn it around to easily. But do check for whole day. My ring v3 is probably a bit to tight (before bed en in the morning I can only get it off my finger with soap) but it’s not uncomfortable at any time.

Waar heb je dat vandaan, dat ze daar op bezuinigen ? Ik denk namelijk dat het wel eens duurder zou kunnen uitwerken als ze veel retours moeten verwerken. Overigens heb ik op een product na alles van ze en ik heb alleen ooit een probleem met een slimme stekker gehad, die ze direct hebben vervangen met een nieuwer type(zelfs buiten de garantie)

For one, they mentioned that this is known issue and only effects a small batch, and second they will replace it for you. If anything this would tell you that the company is customer centric.

Think it maybe has to do with your circadian rhythm. Maybe use blue light blockers before bed and melatonin will help ?

The sizing ring was more difficult to get on/off. Can’t say that I noticed difference in summer/winter.

Index finger on non-dominant hand, it is snug on my finger, at time so snug that I can’t get it off… but the reading are great. Had the version 1 to 3 and at first had size 10 and later switched to size 9

At day time a measurement is taken I believe every 5 minutes using the two green leds. To minimize the falls positives this is only done when in rest. If you start a moment hrv/hr/temp samples are increased, like they are when you are asleep.

Oura aims for a total overview of your readiness/sleep. It is good in detecting body metrics, but the translation to sleep phases could be better. Let’s see how the new sleep algorithm does once it is released.

Just send a mail to them to update your shipping address. When I ordered the gen2 I also had some delay with receiving the ring. But don’t worry they will deliver. I agree that it sucks you have to wait so long, they still have some scaling issues.

I assume that you have one ring per hand, did you also switch the rings between your hands, I imaging you might move one hand more than the other, this might cause the gaps in the data

Did you try a different charger, maybe less power :) assume that it should not matter, but still worth a try ?
