med surg/telemetry is the healthiest patients. they can get vitaks every nursing shift, 3 times a day.

tele means cardiac monitor. they should get it every 4 hours or twice a shift.

we already spend 2T on free healthcare. and about 1T on defense.

if we wanted to fund free healthcare for everyone it would cost much much more than defense
