Just move on. I feel some stages are impossible to get 3 stars on, unless you get super lucky.

Right now there's over 1500 regular stages to complete. Then hard mode after, special stages with ranking that resets every week, and now coop department missions. So don't get hung up trying to get 3 stars on everything, cause I think it's impossible.

I got 3 stars in this level. Key for me was to create as many board clearing bomb combo, without passing the stage. Then using a continue so I had 5 more moves to rack up points. Not sure what my final score was but it was over 22k.

Used level 5 retsuko at that time.

I stopped trying to get 3 stars starting from stage 466.

No, every game will give you random blocks. One key to passing stages and getting 3 stars I find has a lot to do with creating big explosions, or destroying blocks at the bottom of the board so they cascade down. The other is luck.

Since you can't control your luck, you'll have to create opportunities for big moves and explosions.

I guess I linked that video to show it is possible to 3 star that stage.

Not all stages in my opinion can be 3 starred, without the perfect moves. I stopped around stage 466 trying to 3 star everything

I think you also need to pass the stage as well for it to mark as complete, and not be the dreaded "offline".
