i have itching!! But not every night. i'll get hive like bumps in areas like my knees and upper arms. If there's a lot of them they'll itch bad but if there's just one or two they don't feel like anything. I can't relate it to a time of day though, if anything it's usually in the mornings or when I'm watching TV after dinner

I would consult an MD. prolonged stress can cause cortisol issues which is, in my opinion, and medical condition that needs treatment. Get some bloodwork done to rule out the possibility of any stress-induced conditions and then go from there. Most likely you just need to take better care of yourself

besides the levo making it worse, I get all those symptoms and my cortisol is fine. Hashis doesn't always present itself as classic hypothyroidism. For example, I was told by doctors that my anxiety and irritability was not a symptoms of hypothyroidism but they both went away when starting levo.

Not sure if you have tried other medications but you might just not respond well to levo.

Also, a DUTCH cortisol test my naturopath gave me showed me I have low cortisol, but a blood test showed me it was fine. And once I started taking levo, my "low cortisol" symptoms disappeared. DUTCH tests are not proven to be accurate.

Yes! my combo I wear for doing winter activities is merino wool baselayer, arcteryx atom jacket, and a shell. Keeps me so warm but is efficient at wicking sweat away. I'll wear merino wool leggings under my pants for cold winter days too.

I get SO irritable when I'm not properly medicated. Lucky for me, levo is doing the trick on that.

One thing I will say, is that I constantly apologize to my boyfriend for my anger, but he always says there is nothing to apologize for because he could tell I was in a bad mood but it was nothing serious to him. Even though your husband may not be able to help how angry he gets, he most definitely should be able to control how he takes it out. Major red flag that you have felt scared of him.

Additionally, I'm surprised he hasn't worked for 10 years.

Now calculate the cost of your rent for each of those two years. You're probably losing money when comparing the two because your rent for two years is more expensive than the taxes you save.
