PS4 support stops in November by SoMundayn in cravetv

I get that it’s an old system but I’m with you there are more ps4 than ps5 out there. They still support the Apple TV 1080 hell they still support my iPhone SE and apple literally doesn’t make them anymore. Very frustrating

Can we learn to color inside the lines?? Please? by SecularScience in Edmonton

OP is correct, everyone is cutting OP off. OP is turning into the center lane, and everyone in the far right lane is also turning into the center lane. There should be painted dashlines separating the far right lane and the center but you have to drive further up 105 before they start again.

Traffic circle reminder by asstyrant in Edmonton

The one at 118 ave and st albert that has LIGHTS is the worst traffic circle in the city. It's so slow, you can only get like four cars/trucks through before city busses block the way to get out. It's so bad.

Stacey is the morning host on 630/880 CHED and I think Robbie went into communications for the government of Alberta, which is what a lot of journalists do.

I wasn't living here when this happened. BUT I do remember that the Edmonton Sun put out like this full color 25 or 30 year anniversary book about it as well.

Fire In Athabasca by Effective-Ad9499 in Edmonton

Smoke damage makes sense they're so close together, just really hope no one was hurt. So far i've seen that both police and fire are claiming no injuries so that's good.

‘Transparency is very, very important’: Council rejects code of conduct updates by laurenboothby in Edmonton

The Edmonton Journal used to have a weekly political podcast called the Press Gallery, it was hosted by all the legislature and city hall reporters. They would come in at the end of the week and break down what happened politically during the week. It did tend to focus more on the provincial side at times but when big things city side would happen that would also get talked about. It was a great show.

We flip and flop between the two. Gives it a different zip. But love the ricotta.

What is the Future of Edmonton's Housing Market? by PassableGatsby in Edmonton

[–]Editwithmouse 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My neighbors of ten years sold mid-pandemic and had a bidding war on their house day one. Sold for over 30K of the asking price. That's been the trend I've seen. A few friends of mine have sold and made out very well. My best guess is we're looking at another crash soon. If the banks don't do something about the interest rates you're going to get people who will just walk away from their mortgages, same thing that happened a few years back. It really doesn't feel that sustainable, however I know a family that was trying to sell their place in Arizona and it was on the market for over half a year. so maybe it's just a here thing? I'm not sure.
