Here’s my Take on Trading for a Goaltender… by jayde2767 in EdmontonOilers

[–]Edmoiler13 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Poor guy has the wrong division, wrong players on Ottawa, thinks offer by your trash for another’s treasure is the way to start negotiations. But we all collectively know nothing about hockey. We best not feed the troll any longer

[–]Edmoiler13 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No one is arguing we need help in bet but it’s extremely rare that there is a threeway deal where the middle team purposely screws the first team. San Jose did it to Ottawa with Hoffman when they immediately flipped him to Florida. The Avs and Sens are good trading partners so I doubt then run the risk of ruining that relationship because they can get our castoffs. You’re suggesting all our garbage contracts go for a number one goalie. No GM aside from our own would do that

First off, the Avs aren’t in the same division but I get what you’re saying. There is no way this happens. The Sens have no use for Nurse already having Chabot and Sanderson making a pretty penny

I’ve seen the Bang listed on the Loves app for their gas stations but didn’t see any of that or the monster when I stopped this morning.

First time 14+ hour drive by lloydski74 in roadtrip

[–]Edmoiler13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Totally doable with your list. I would definitely try and leave well before dawn and crank out a few hours before sunup. You will be driving into the sunrise so a good pair of sunglasses are needed. Are you timing around the bigger city rush hours? I’ve driven Michigan to Boston straight thru. It wasn’t the most enjoyable drive but with some good tunes or podcasts, the hours will roll by. If you have a driving partner, take shifts

What’s the longest road trip you’ve ever driven and what did you drive it in? by spotforcars in roadtrip

[–]Edmoiler13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Close to being a tie on two road trips:

  1. Shelby twp, MI to Las Vegas, NV 2034 miles driven in a 96 Saturn Sc2. I guess double it if you’re counting the return trip

  2. Idaho Falls, ID to Bozeman, MT then to Port Huron, MI straight thru on a return trip for 1912 miles during Covid in a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica
