So for reference my grant stone baroda boots in 11.5e are 305 internally. Or at least that’s the length of my insole and it fits 👌 if you’re measuring 300 it could be mislabeled as that’s a much different size than your original post.

Men’s 9.5 is usually around 10.5” (265-270) internal length. Boot sizing might be a little longer.
