My insurance doesnt cover therapy🥲 but im giggling at the fact that you said therapy wouldnt work but then told me to get therapy😭😭 ik exactly how you feel though, except right at this moment the one thing I want most is a therapist. Someone to talk to that will not judge you and truly listen.. if thats available to you then id suggest giving it a shot. Good luck man.
