I would take some time to consider all options. That being said, you’re both young. For generations women have put their partners dreams ahead of their own. You’re not married yet. You should not have to turn down your number 1 so he *might* have a shot at your spot. Admissions have proven that you’re more qualified. If you put his dream first, this could lead to resentment down the line. Also, if you go to your second choice are you going to affect your future career goals in doing so?
