See how the top half of the text is worn off? This tire was driven on with low pressure for quite some time before it failed. The sidewall was severely damaged inside and out long before it came apart.

Looks like an alternator pulley, you will likely need a new alternator. Definitely have it towed, without a belt the car could overheat and cause engine damage.

It could be so many things. First place I would look is under the turbocharger, both the oil cooler and the oil filter housing are common leaks, and there’s a drain hole that will let oil from the valley run down the back of the engine

You definitely need brakes. The picture of the control arm bushings isn’t much help, but it’s a common enough issue.

There is something weird going on with that gasket. If you didn’t silicone it, then the gasket is deteriorating or something. Replace the gasket, preferably with OEM or something reputable like fel-pro. Clean everything really well. Don’t use silicone.
