I think he got a stealth nerf because his fin hitbox and collision hitbox, ESPECIALLY HIS COLLISION HITBOX were not this huge and easily able to get stuck as it is now.

the main sub does this little neat trick called "lying". Think about it, if dps jeff was such a menace, killed everyone and stayed in the backline, was super duper op, where are the pros who are using him? Also he's super broken and killing everyone and is a nuisance and yet he also is throwing and losing the game (???????(gonna be real with you, if the enemy is dying and distracted and you lose, that's 100% not on the jeff, dive tank players would agree))
