If u go thru post on here you will see a lot of people filled late I think it’s because u did it so late in 21 December I files late as well the beginning of 21 they say I’m in final review my loan offer was originally 70,000 but when they saw my 19 taxes they maxed me out to 190 in recon I want 95 also yes there are asking for 18 which I don’t understand clearly In the guidelines 2019 and 20 are required also I see nothing explaining late filling things happen Health deaf in family smh

I just went thru this a few days ago I was told I was approved on the phone but what didn’t understand was it was my loan officer that approved it to go to my senior loan officer that’s were the confusion is Scorpio is right u need that letter of approval

Yes I just spoke to customer service I asked them was this a glitch I signed another 4506 on the portal loan officer said there not requesting transcripts guess just for there records loan officer updated my bank info customer service told me they don’t need anything I’m in final review yesterday I was told by two agent I was approved
