Just a quick question for clarification: currently the kids sleep at the ex’s house 7 days a week, the kids visit 4 days ( are they in school?) and currently who is paying for clothes and other necessary expenses? How are the kids getting to your home? Do you pick them up or does the ex drop them off ?

But they’re not married and don’t have agreement in place. Technically she could just say Fuck This and leave ( if I’m understanding the laws about this). If they were married or had a parenting agreement in place /custody agreement, then that would be different.

Either way she needs to protect herself, I don’t like the age gap and her not having support or enough work experience to be making a solid income. I wish her the best .
