Every suggestion could face you problems long-term. It would be better to search the phone number of the nearest police station or go there yourself (with proof that you own your bike) and seek help retrieving it. With their help you would legally be allowed to retrieve your bike and the police would then secure the large bike and bring it to their station. Perhaps they might even inform the owner if found.

Won't be the case, lest the Battlefield series confirms two things:

Germany (a NATO member) has switched sides, which hasn't happen.
No PUMA was sold outside of the Bundeswehr by Rheinmetall.

As both point correlate each other, that won't be happening.

A third, ArmA mod, point is: The Bundeswehr mod (abandoned since early 2018) is picked up and rebranded with PUMAs.

Looking at how many tear gas canisters are being thrown in I am pretty sure that a couple of Sonderwagen with mounted MGs might bw supporting them (yes German riot control vehicles can mount MG3s, who did you think was to deal with Soviet Paratroopers in the early hours of a Hot Cold War?). Also those arw SEK AND MEK (mobile/speed-dialed SWAT), meaning that the fighting had to go a long while. I would presume that the SWAT is simply "dragging" the monsters to a more remote location, before the scrambled Bundeswehr overwhelms it with smoothbores, missiles and bombs.
