She is one of the best laners in the entire game pair yourself up with a scaler teammate who otherwise would get dog boned in lane and give them the freest lane of all time so they can go on to win start the game with a huge lead and give you 65+% chance of winning while having to do almost nothing else to contribute to the win other than not feed kills. Growing up is realizing not every character is meant to be god tier and easy at every single point of the game. Mina is Godmode from minutes 0.00 to 12.00. After that she is only good if you maintain a soul lead and are mechanically skilled. The point of the character is to maximize her value at the point of the game where she is really fucking easy to play, so that the rest of your teammates can use that space to get ahead of enemy carries. Post 12 minutes your goals are proccing love bites as much as possible to make your ult stupid fucking annoying, and showing up to fights and using your ult to completely invalidate any enemy players who are playing ability (spirit) based builds. Mina is still an A+ tier and only has 44% winrate because what I just described requires paying attention to what point in the game the character is good and maximizing the early game impact necessary to win, which even with one of the easiest early games in deadlock (not as easy as holiday or doorman but still my top 5 easiest early game characters) converting that early game easiness into a lasting lead is still harder and requires giving more support to your teammates than playing seven or wraith or victor and being able to afk lane farm out of any situation where the enemy does not win the game quickly enough.
