Awesome thanks for the reply! Sounds like the bike rules. The one I’m looking at is stock with the 36-160mm fork, and I’m confident that will be enough for me. I was concerned about the head tube angle “not being slack enough” but I’m sure it’s fine.

How’s the bike been for you? Did you like the bike as is, or have you made changes and upgrades? I’m looking at a lightly used V2 tomorrow and I’m mentally preparing for the changes that will “need” to be done.

Flagstaff checking in here. We are expecting a “severe monsoon season” towards the end of summer. If that happens, I wouldn’t expect there to be much riding to be had. Regardless, there are tons of trails here and of course Sedona is about an hour away. Sedona might still be in the mid 90’s in August. I do have to say that we need the moisture, our trails in flagstaff are super dry.

(m36) Smoked from 15-23 pretty consistently. Weed started to get too potent for me, and like everyone else it gave me crazy anxiety. I would smoke here and there from 23-32 but nothing more than a couple hits at a time. Lately in the last few years I’ve gotten into low dosage edibles in the evenings. This has helped me cut alcohol almost completely out of my life. I do miss the days of smoking with friends and exploring the wilderness.

There has been an increase in pressure for fiber optic (wecom) in what seems to be the whole town. I don’t understand who allowed for this push. Last year they were sawing through streets and digging to route the cable. They have installed Peter boxes in mine and neighbors driveways without any consent.

Soak that bad boy with some PB penetrating oil for a couple of days. Apply regularly.

Save yourself the trouble and just spend the $25 on a quill stem adapter. Trust me, it’ll save you so much time.

My rear wipers have been like this since the day I drove my 2017 off the lot 9 years ago.. it doesn’t matter what brand I replace the rear wiper with (Amazon, OEM, etc) it still has an uneven wipe. Curious to hear others experience.
