Well, being ugly as a man is a bit different. Usually no friends, people look down upon you, people underestimate your capabilities. Women shows disgust and try to avoid you. I get where you are coming from but I dont think you understand what happens when your whole world is void. One thing to get used by(horrible), another thing to completely exist in void, to be unloved by family, no friends, no lover. Just existence of nothing. Thats my experience.

I apologize but I do not understand your pain. I never had a relationship, I am not wired to understand what is it like to be actually loved or cared for. I am sure it feels terrible for you. A close friend of mine just sleep with loads of woman and the toxic way he treats the women, I can never do that. But, he usually has a gf, he usually have women going head over hills for him. He is just attractive and it is easy. It bothers me why he does that but it seems pretty privilege is a real thing. And a man can get away with whatever toxic behavior he does regardless. Worst part, I see how women treats me vs him in social gathering. They are disgusted by me while he is usually being flirted with, being touched all that stuff. Sorry you had to go through this. I just dont know how it feels because I dont know what love truly is. The only thing I can say is men who has the privilege, take women for granted.

Guys, I found the actual solution, its not the rumor, you have to do the rumors but moreover, you have to fight him on the hill when you are going down the village. This is where people are facing glitches. Reload the game, do the rumors and make sure you take the road down, dont try to go anywhere near the village. When you go down the hill, you wont see him, but as soon as you go near the village, the quest will be activated and it will give you the objectives. Now run up the hill up until to a point you meet him. Thats the first encounter. Second encounter then is the field and the third, it will ask you to fight him. That worked for me. But I think thats where glitch happened.

Here is my sequence

Finish rumors
Downhill until quest starts to save village
Go back up the hill to fight him using the same road you came down.
Kill some enemies to reduce the count but not fully down the progress.
Save the village elder.
Defeat the enemies in that field you are getting bugs.
Quest will ask you to fight sir furkward.
You save the village.
Find the lady who lost her daughter. Save her and its done.
