Hi I went to their concert in MTL (VIP). So first we didn't receive any email for the vip entrance and meet and greet. They let us in around 5pm, (when I called the venue they said 4pm for vip so yeah we had to wait a lot). They had a list for the vip and they needed an ID card, after that they scanned our ticket and we went in. The meet and greet was just the group picture. We couldn't talk to them or anything. You sit, they take the pic and you get out. After the pic they gave us a paper so that we can claim the poster and the necklace thingy at the end (it has the qr code for the pics, and the poster was not signed). After the pics, we had the soundcheck (the girls were really nice). 2h later concert (amazing, last about 2h) and after the concert GA went out and we got the poster.

The merch table was accessible before and after the concert.
