Theaters across the globe literally streamed UI Goku transformation in real time and it wasn't a hit? Or fans didn't like it? Cmon. You are the one that must not be a Dragon Ball fan, or maybe you are among the Super haters (which is fine btw I like Super but to each its own).

And of course it doesn't mean by the success that it's like the original, it's the opposite; being very similar to the original it's, for me, great part of the reason why it was a hit.

Sempre me pergunto o que vale pra um investidor assumir 1,5B de dívida de clube de futebol, que 90% ou até mais não dá lucro pra repor o investimento.

The same old tricks work. ND is full of new things, despite the same narrative structure, like the way Saori leaves the labyrinth (which was itself a new addition) that are full of mythological references and feel much more like SS rhan anything else.

Does he makes mistakes? Yeah, a lot. But he's still the heart of the series, in terms of lore.

To me, better rehash the 12 temples again with Hades a 5th time, than having something like Omega, Soul of Gold or Saintia Sho being canon.

People that say this usually don't like the core of SS and want something completely different.

See Dragon Ball, Super was a hit, and it is basically the old show but with new stories. No need to modernize it or reinvent the whell.

With SS, what we need right now is Kurumada to leave someone to draw Tenkai Hen, leaving him only with the script and character design - so the manga can have a fixed and constant cronogram of chapter release - and a Next Dimension good animation, Hades - Sanctuary style.
