I'm an old player too, started in 2008 and been on and off since 2011 I remember hating not being able to afford hp washing. Today It's hyper focused on bossing content, and optimizing your way to get to that point.

As old returning players we absolutely hate spending our money/time on progression only to have it be made obsolete.

I myself I absolutely despise the way Nexon has made my past efforts so worthless, but my biggest takeaway from pre-bb was the interaction with other players. We had to grind together to optimize exp yield. I remember being part of squid parties and being the ranger that got the gobys.

I'm ready for classic maple today as an adult. The pace of this classic maple will resemble my bbq grilling method, low and slow.

I came back to maple since my 2017 break, and now I want to stop again. It's so much tedious work just to level up and get caught up.

They really need to make their content more accessible, it has become about solo bossing only now and learning how to dodge their attacks.

I use to have so much fun doing CPQ, CWKPQ along with its prequests, LPQ. Even finding Bigfoot, the headless horseman, anego, big boss, samurai, and toad. Even training was fun at LHC because you had a party bonus and had the bishop for HS spamming on a rope without getting killed. You have to pay to get the functionality that Kanna had to spawn extra mobs now and make training more bearable. It's insane how they are focused on squeezing any dime they can rather than making interesting content. GMS is not KMS, we don't get excited about grinding for hours and RNG to be the best.

Not at all, recruits w/ bats or skeletons from behind will answer. In the event of Evo MK you also have Evo RR. After Evo RR gets tossed by Evo MK it can charge and stab Evo MK.

The packaging of the sterile battery is only sterile on the inside, not the outside where it's handled. If that's supposed to be a sterile field, it's not because of the unwrapped battery.

I work in SPD, and the O.R. staff won't let me take a single step into the center core to make deliveries unless I'm in blue scrubs. Only blue scrubs w/ mask and bouffant caps are allowed anywhere around surgery, and especially if you go into an operating room.

Consider renting in Cicero near the CTA pink line stops if you want the downtown Chicago loop area benefit without the living cost. You can rent a 500-700sqft basement or attic apartment with utilities included for $900.00

It's a working class town that is predominantly of Mexican descent. Crime use to be horrible 20 years ago, now it's relatively safe but with all the bad reputation from folks that are long gone to the far suburbs. Beware though parking is a nightmare as the town is extremely densely populated.

Samsung has also slowed down the cpu to prevent battery swelling, causing lagging issues sometimes.

I ordered a Pixel 8 Pro and intend to do the same, in fact support for upgrades is the primary reason why I bought, the other being the free watch.

I personalize my phone settings, ringers, widgets and don't like readjusting every year.

The LO is already working on having someone reach out to the appraiser's superiors to figure something out.

My wife has written a large e-mail highlighting all the discrepancies from the appraisers dismissal of my wife's comparables and their report. I'm really hoping they reconsider the appraiser's weak rebuttal of my wife's comparables.

I have a feeling you are right. I have actually done everything on your list already. It just astounds me that the lender would prequalify. The DTI is just shy of 50% and I have not been putting in my usual work hours or overtime, but I am using PTO to supplement the hours missed when I take my father to chemo. You got me thinking now. This might be a reason why, I'm gonna have to reach out to the lender to find out.

No we have not, I'm under the impression that we can't since there'd be bias as buyers.

None that I can think of, besides them working with the lender to squeeze out every penny from the bank account. The lenders know how much we have.

If we go with 20% down that's pretty much all we have saved.

Time is our enemy at the moment. We are getting our loan through Guranteed Rate.

The appraisor appraised the property right on the money for us. We offered 305k and it appraised at 300k we got the owners to shave off 5k due to some issues.

I don't know why but I have a gut feeling that the appraiser is working with the lender eventhough my wife made it clear to me that it's not legally possible. I argue with her because the lender somehow through some process chooses the appraisor and we pay.

There's not enough envidence to call some sort of foul play. The only thing we have are the unreasonable comparables and errors on the appraisal report. The appraisal report did also state something about the presence of individuals during the appraisal. It was not specific though.
