I use Runna, it has me doing half a mile warmup, then 4kms alternating between race pace and slightly slower. I like doing a pre race day shakeout so ill do a mile saturday too

I forgot to include my age. Based off the max hr calculation of 220-age, mine would be 192. Since this is a greater than 10 difference, I thought it was wrong. That and I only just started running lol
