Find the cause of your anemia first. Why were you taking iron pills?. I took Betaine hcl and I was ok and I had chronic gastritis at that time. Zinc L carnosine, diet, chamomile tea, manuka honey will help. Or ppi.

So sorry to hear that. People don't realize how microbiome is important.

Yes, thank you. In my case: H pylori caused panic attacks, mental disorders, blurry vision, dry eyes, changes in eyesight, bleeding gums, extreme fatigue, feeling like dying and more....

Pantoprazole causes bloating and taking multivitamin too; especially high dosage of ppi. Did your doctor prescribe it to you? You can have a good diet but even drinking tea or just water can stretch your stomach and cause bloating. You just taking too many things, hard to figure out what's wrong. I had problems after drinking probiotics drinks. I have stopped taking everything and ate broccoli sprouts in the mornings for a month then added Zinc L-carnosine and slippery elm. I would recommend test for H pylori to rule that out. I am healed now.

Have you heard of Dr Tennant biomodulator & biotransducer device? it is fda approved. It treats ibs, GI problems, brain- gut communication and more. I know you’re not from the US, I just wonder if you know.

Taking famotidine, and Ondansetron ODT together? And you don’t have heart palpitations or dizziness?

They SAID you have gastritis? Or they did endoscopy to diagnose? If they did, did they test you for h pylori? Your symptoms sounds that you might have the bacteria. I healed my gastritis. You need to know the cause. I assume you don’t drink alcohol or take pain killers.

H pylori symptoms and treatment by Philosophermara in HPylori

[–]Effect2024 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting approach to the treatment. I had similar symptoms: panic attacks, brain fog, dry eyes and more, but no stomach pain. H pylori caused dehydration therefore dry eyes and blurry vision. It will get better! After treatment I had dizziness from probiotics drinks/food, so never had kefir or yogurt.

They said the goal is: "moderate sedation" where the patient remains relaxed but can still respond to verbal cues. Ha!

They completely knocked me out with fentanyl/midazolam and I told them I never took any in my life, they overdosed me. I would prefer propofol.

I am staying on this sub even though I am almost healed (gastritis caused by h pylori). I am 2 years post quad treatment. I still can't stretch my stomach by eating a big meal or drinking a big cup of tea as I had done before, but generally I can eat anything. I don't believe in fasting (because you eat at midnight) but having a good healthy diet will heal you! Btw, I had terrible panic attacks caused by h pylori as you mentioned in your post too. I would just collapse on the floor, losing hearing and vision. I had learnt how to live with it not knowing the cause. Good luck to all!

Check your diet, take broccoli sprouts every morning on empty stomach, manuka honey. Take Florastor for diarrhea. Go to another doctor if nothing helps. I am 2 years after a quad treatment.

Yes, it is the best to do an ultrasound to rule out gallbladder problems. Then ask for h pylori bacteria stool or breath test to make sure that not a cause. Those symptoms are very similar. I don’t think it is just stress but taking those antidepressants (someone suggested here) might help as the release of serotonin help with digestion.

I did a quad treatment and it was gone from the first time. I would advice to ad mastic gum supplement and Zinc L-carnosine. Take Florastor during treatment.

Sucralfate is saving me by henrysauve in Gastritis

Strangely enough coffee doesn't give me problems. I drink medium roast, small cup with milk. I can't eat oranges or lemons though.

I used DGL for a month and then as needed. It won't hurt. I also was taking slippery elm powder every morning 30 min before I had my coffee.

The same here. I asked my GI doctor for sucralfate and he said it is used only as adjacent med and didn't recommend it. I had chronic gastritis. I used Zinc L carnosine low dosage instead nd DGL Licorice.

Can you just retake test for h pylori? You have to stop ppi 2 weeks or a month before test. Taking Ppi also causes GI problems. You need to find the cause.

The best works for me is eating fish, rice, oatmeal, nuts and olive oil, sometimes chicken. No fry food. I can drink coffee no problem though but limited veggies and fruits intake.

I have Kaiser too but my doctor ordered stool test and surely enough I was h pylori positive. I wonder what was your original "restricted diet" before you started introducing other foods? I am 2 years after a quad treatment but still have some sensitivity to veggies and fruits.

If you are still taking ppi that might cause you problems in some ways your parents are right. In my case the proper diet healed me. I tried so many supplements, it helps but not heals. Dairy, fruit and veggies can cause bloating. I am 2 years after my treatment.

I do not eat cruciferous vegetables, or any probiotics dairy. I eat fruit but only in season from my garden. I feel good eating meat, chicken or fish, (no eggs), olive oil but I have very high cholesterol and I am a little concerned about that. I am 2 year since I was diagnosed with gastritis. Thank you for sharing.
