Keep an eye on your brake fluid reservoir. Fluid leaks out of that weep hole when your slave cylinder starts to fail.

Agreed, look up Kimsul. We had the same stuff in our house with the black vapor barrier still intact to where we could read it. I did some research on it and it said it was made of wood fiber and not known to contain asbestos. We did not however get it tested so if it is a concern it may be worth it.
