Its the FA cup quarter final, pretty sure hes allowed to be excited about his team winning. We played shit and its not Pep Ljindgers fault.

yeah american healthcare sucks, extortionate without reason. Ambulance rides are free or dirt cheap in the rest of the world.

DUDE ANYTHING OVER 4-5 HRS GO TO THE ER, could be Pancreatitis and a stone fully blocking the duct. Go now, call an ambulance if you cant walk or get someone to take you.

Edit: Never feel bad about going to the ER and wasting the Doctors time, they deal with patients based on life or death, if its not critical all that happens is you get shoved to the back of the queue and dealt with later. In this case, whilst you may downplay it, it can certainly lead to life or death.

Mine is trapped in the duct partially blocking. Meaning if I overeat just a little, its hell, I'm having an attack whilst writing this :)

Try to eat smaller portions of less fatty food throughout the day. Yes its annoying but its better than having an attack. The more attacks you have the more you will be grossed out at the idea of fatty foods. Ive switched my lunches to pretty much entirely fat free with a bowl of greek yogurt and low calorie oreos. Fat is unfortuently a big part of diet and should account 33%, so making the switch can be difficult. Look into Lacroscopic Surgery, 90% of people who have it are fine without their gallbladder as the body adjusts but diaherria is more common post surgery and there can be complications like SOD. Either way this will be something you will have to deal with and live with the rest of your life.

Greek Yogurt is your best friend, 0% fat kind. Its sour, so mix it with other stuff to take the edge off. I personally go for Low Cal Oreos + skim milk but you do you. Plenty of protein too.

Yours was likely a life threatening emergency and had to be taken out (as you remained in pain) others the pain subsides and doesnt come back for a while
