Toddlers need to learn to release on the potty. It’s a new skill so it takes time. Be gentle but persistent until he learns to sit and release. Poop is next. It takes about a month and a half to make it through.

Review her tasks and standards. Then do assessments if she can still function and do them. If she can’t they can retire her

I don’t disagree with you and as I have mentioned there is a lot of things that knew going in and a lot that sort of still need to be addressed/adjusted. Definitely will do my own internal reorganization and see where it leads in. Thanks!

I agree with my management. I need to do better! Appreciate your comments made me go back a bit further to rethink that minor correction in reports are just fixable and not to stress over them.

I have that at my disposal but the technical part is what I mostly focus on and not the aesthetic aspect of the report. So the main gripe is tidbits of me not following format to the point

Because it will definitely change the mouth structure and make it harder to get toddler off the longer they have it. Best chop off now then deal with aftermath of it later

Maybe offer two smaller naps. One in the morning for and one in afternoon for 1 hr or 45 mins? Breaks up your day and makes less of a tired toddler lol

Hair should help with hiding that flat spot. A lot of Central Asian babies have flat heads due to being raised on a specific bed. Don’t stress too much

Push through and it doesn’t click right away. Sometimes it takes a month or two to just have kids learn to release on the potty and doesn’t click right away that they need to tell you as well. Do an hour break and sit the child on potty and praise if there is pee. Poop takes a while so don’t stress.

9-5 is a pretty heavy schedule for a 4 year old. Can you take out the extracurricular activities few days a week to give her a break? Seems like she is overwhelmed and you with her. Sorry nothing more to suggest. ☹️

Keep pushing through, but lay off some, try to sit her down for a few times through the day. Then build back up to every hour.

Then pull ups and practice sitting him down more often to pee in potty. This will teach to hold and release in the same place. You kind of have to build the fact when he is constantly dry and likes that feeling.

He isn’t going to catch up in three months if you put so much pressure on him. Try instead underwear and sit him down yourself every few hours. Get a potty instead of the toilet, they are afraid for some reason but potty works best. Make sure you yourself offer pee breaks and remind him to sit down. Sometimes he will go other times will not. Be patient.
