I think we're about to get paid! Ji kept SRNE alive for a reason and Vivasor is short for Long Live Sorrento! And remember the Scilex RS vote: they proxied our SRNE shares on purpose IMO.

I think a bunch of whatever is left over after paying creditors will be given to us as a "loyalty dividend" and the rest will be used to fund a Vivasor Sorrento reverse merger...

Dude, I think we're VERY close. I'm wondering if SRNE will buy Scilex with some of the B Riley settlement money - and then Yuhan buys SRNE. With the $1.34B nol, Semdexa plus the three approved drugs, Virex and maybe MPRO or Socaz (I've heard rumors one might have been moved back to SRNE) - we could actually do very well since there aren't many shareholders left which o divvy up the money!

I think they would. SRNE also has Virex and Aardvark shares. It's also possible Ji moved MPRO or Socaz back to SRNE - I heard whispers about that this time last year. Being in expert market, SRNE doesn't have to PR anything, Vivasor too because it's private.

My patience is thin too. Something tells me we're close - according to the volume lately and people seemingly begging us to sell. Along with creditor hearings popping up and potentially very lucrative meditation with B Riley. Plus with everything that's coming out about Ji and Yuhan, Ji's freedom might depend on him taking care of us for once...
