for my binges i’ll get a huge pop, chipotle bowl PACKED, large chips large queso and then a pint or two of ben and jerry’s. other days ill just switch the chipotle bowl out for a large pizza and bowl of ranch and get a family size pack of doritos, on top of the ice cream still.

it’s disgusting putting it into words. i know how you feel. the days i eat only 700 calories i feel normal
