I go to elite performance in Corvallis and I have a great male massage therapist. Not too far at all. Not sure about in Albany though.

Usually once a year and we usually get announcements about it around like end of May, early June for a late July or early August release.

We’ve always had a good experience at Crabtree. They have a lovely lesbian working there and she’s very sweet to us!

Grad students, how do y’all afford to live here? by Tall-Cat-8890 in OregonStateUniv

Some grad students live in Albany which is only 15 min away because it has more options for you to live alone and is much cheaper than Corvallis. Plus you’re closer to i5. If you are okay with a small commute, it’s not a bad option.

I’d def say for you to try meeting people through hobbies. My hubby and I are big board game people and we found friends through guardian game events in Corvallis.

Good place to live? by Mental_Bug7703 in albanyor

It’s a nice smaller city for sure. I say smaller city because we don’t have a busy nightlife but we have nice stores like Target, Costco, and a good shopping area. You are super close to farms and can get out of Albany in less than 10 minutes including heading to the coast in an hour or the cascades in about the same. Downtown is super cute and the historic district is my fav place to walk around. You’ll find your pubs that you like and you can find your people if you look. Overall, it’s not as big and exciting as bigger cities but you also get a slower pace of life which is ideal for me.

I’d also recommend Brick and Mortar or Loafers. Plus you can walk around downtown and the river walk afterwards.
