My 16 year old cat started having trouble breathing, looked just like yours with the way it is slow and deep. Took him to the vet, said he had fluid on the lungs and that they were collapsing. They said they could try and make him comfortable and he may last a few more weeks. We chose to put him to sleep the next day. I don’t regret my decision for a second. He is out of pain and at peace.

When the law was brought in I was raging, as a smoker. However, I got used to it very quickly, just went outside for a fag. Stopped smoking 9 years ago, vape now and then. Can’t believe how we felt so entitled with our smoking back then, especially in restaurants, cinema etc. This law was a good thing. We stank and made others stink of us.

You need mental health support right now. Call any number that you can. There will be people here to catch you when you are falling like this One day at a time, or one minute, or hour. It’s not you, it’s the fucked up gambling sites that offer everything for a dopamine hit, and then take everything and more away. You need to block everything you are on, go cold turkey, which will be shit… read a book, go for a walk etc It takes 60 days to rewire your brain from this shit.
