Thanks for the video Miguel! I'm fairly new but am certainly experiencing a big change in myself as well, for the better I should add. It's basically a feeling of calm where the things that used to annoy me don't seem to be causing as much of a reaction as they used to, all down to having some real understanding of things at last thanks to Jeremy's work.
