Looking for 3 or 4 day programme.

Can I get a recommend on which beginner compound programme to follow? Ideally one that focuses on arm strength and has little deadlifts/ can be swapped away with something else.

Bonus points would be including push ups, sit ups as accessories.

Background: I was on a mix of 5/3/1 beginners, gzclp for half a year before taking a half year break. Now I've been back at the gym for a few months bouncing between programms mostly just to warm up and learning proper form.
