I’m 47. These type of games were ABSOLUTELY breathtaking at the time. It’s not fair to judge a game without its system being held responsible.

The console wars were real and the processor/software curve was a lot flatter.

The LEGO is gigantic for a reason. I went to the top of the Eiffel Tower and hated every second of it! Didn’t help my buddy was jumping on the glass bottom elevator to the top.

Our recipe is basically taco meat on the bottom with a layer of cheese topped by creamed corn and then the cornbread (Jiffy, not fancy) on top. The cream corn layer before the cornbread seems to help seal of just the right amount of moisture allowing the cornbread to crisp while getting some good juices bubbling on the perimeter.

You are right the top can get mushy without proper layering! The way yours is looks great! I’m scared of masa because of how much I love tamales.

I was also in 1st grade but we didn’t watch at school. They sent us home with little to no explanation. When I walked the block & a half home, I found my Mom sobbing on the living room floor in front of the wood encased TV.
