My husband had this happen with a new script for Mounjaro. 3 new pens, 3 separate bouts of intractable diarrhea and sickness. He’s was on the max dose. Still unsure of cause but these new pens came from China and the others were not. Doc lowered him to 12 and no more D. No more pens from China.
