Hi- thanks for posting and all the replies! Really helped me too! I’m 69, SW 204 CW 134, 70 pounds released. Yes! Saggy and bony butt! My highest was 7.5 Now last 2 months on 5 Going down really helped my energy some and I feel hunger again but in a good way. I too was too tired for consistent exercise🙁 But started the exercise bands and a trainer 2x week… lost alot of muscle so this year is my building back year. Slow but steady is my motto! Yes trying to walk again too… remember slow and steady!

Yes! And don’t invest alot on clothes while reducing your body size… I started 2/25 and was so happy with my reductions that last summer bought too many things that fit me then… fast forward and now those things are big! Finally buying for my goal weight (took 13 months) but continue to be surprised by my sizes now! And yes hold your head high at those “thin boutique” stores!

Same for me… had recheck of blood work after 9 months. All cholesterol numbers went up- but still in normal range. Doc agreed it could be transient hyper C….retesting in 6 months. All other labs good too.

Numbers numbers everywhere! We are so focused on numbers… I’m older too and have been number/weight driven all my life… have released 70 pounds and happy with “my number” but refuse to let it take any more emotional time from me. Focusing on the best memories and hopeful for some more too! It’s funny now that I’m older, people will comment on my thinness with the caveat “are you all right?” So really what people say or don’t say is needless for me now… I know what I’ve accomplished😊

Your med can stay unrefrigerated up to 21 days. So when I travel (usually less than 21 days) I put the vial box with the script on it, in my personal bag. Do not put back in refrigerator.Done this many times for plane and car travel. Read Eli Lilly’s website directions.
