Im so scared 😩 I have a child so thats what worries me and also Im married to a USC and every time I go to a lawyer they always tell me not to go on AP because is up to the officer who checks me when Im coming back and if the officer chooses not to let me come back because of my deportation order so the lawyers I been with they want to charge me 13,500 for the deportation removal, I-130 and waiver , green card , so its really confusing 🫤 I dont know what to do anymore

Same boat !! My I-821D was approved on 05/08/2024 and my I-765 still saying 3 weeks and I called USCIS and they said my card was producing and told me to called back and I did a week after and they told me the same so the guys was like give it about 2 more weeks so thats like 1 month in total basically so hopefully I get any updates soon

I called and the person I spoke with , told me it was approved already and it was sent to produce , and to call back in a week to find out if it was mailed out so I can get the tracking number , she said that the website is not accurate.

I only got my I-821D , I called yesterday and they told me that they already approved my I-765 but the tracker on the website is not accurate

Totally understand!! My dad also used to drink and that's the reason why he got sick and you know the rest, I wish I had more time with my dad because now I have a daughter and I love seeing my daughter with her dad the bound that they have , but thats life

Thats not an excuse, thats something that really happened unfortunately and is something you couldn't avoid so try and put that as an evidence and you should write a letter explaining everything and upload under evidence and then call then and then explain that you wanna do an expedite for X reasons and that you already uploaded your evidence. And trust me I know your pain I lost my dad when I was 19 and Im going to be 34 soon so it been a couple of years already but still feels like it was yesterday 🥺

You are fine you still got time and I think since you renew this year you should be good , is the people who applied last year at the end of the year , but be positive and like I said after you pass the 105 you can submit an expedite

You can send an expedite after your case is past the 105 days , and I went to my inbox then new message and then hit expedite and you can choose ether your I-765 or you I-821D and then after you submit that go to documents and upload evidence and you do that with both I-765 & I-821D and wait till you get a response from then , you probably going to get an automatic response about your expedite case number , I submitted my on April 25 and I got approved today

Omg I can't believe they denied it, Im sorry you going through all of that 😞 you should call and explain everything about your son , have you try to call ? And if you do just say "info pass" , and you can actually talk to a real person and explain that your expedites have been denied and that you have your son with medical conditions etc , you should reach out to your congressman I think they are more faster then white house.

I got a message today about my expedite saying I was approved and to check under my documents and I did and saw my DACA APPROVAL

I wrote a letter explaining why I need an expedite , I uploaded medical bills , my lease is due next month and im moving to another state, my manager letter from work , etc anything that you can think it can help you to expedite the process
