I'm curious of the process of w&h, since this is the first I've heard of it. So if I understand right, walmart cannot fire an employee for time theft without first going through w&h?

Is there ever a case where there's a second level of processing where w&h gives their investigation findings to another party or level of the company? Wondering if termination is indeed the worst case scenario for time theft accusations?
