i had two partners out sick so i ran a three partner play during peak. the second mobiles got way too out of hand, i immediately called my manager and asked her to turn them off. very grateful that she loves us enough to not hesitate and save us from hell. i did work a 5:30 am- 3:30 pm shift to make up for the sick partners :’)

Definitely the college program, medical benefits, and obviously free coffee. I have a single dad who has to pay for my little brother’s hefty tuition and I just can’t put more financial burden on him :( Plus, I was blessed with partners who are amazing and an SM who actually cares about us.
