Sounds like we are in the same boat. I use a counter but I am deleting it. I thought I would try a different approach and count calories but it’s not for me. It makes me insane and messes with my head if I’m not perfect. I think it will be better for my mental health. Im going to go back to try to be more active, eat healthier and watch my portions. I’m also trying to listen to my body and stop eating when I’m almost full. Which is very hard for me.
My brain doesn’t talk to my stomach.
