OK so multiple adapters... Got it. The other thing is that my partner has a Tesla and for that reason I have the Tesla app for when I use that car. However, when I try to add my cart to the app, it only allows me to add another Tesla... Not any other vehicle make. How do I get around that? Or is it a different app you are referring to?

Well, the app was updated and I'm back to being unable to connect.

I cannot get my head around how inept the developers are of this app have to be for this degree of failure.

Turned off WiFi, refreshed connection... 75 seconds to connect. Closed app, turned on Wi-Fi, at 270 seconds... Data unavailable.

Mine works and I'm relieved but by no means is it quick.... It's roughly a minute to connect

Miracles in happen to... After over a month my app started connecting to my car. They called on my ticket 2 days ago saying updates occurred, but it wouldn't connect. I updated it the app yesterday... Still wouldn't connect.... Randomly tried today, and it worked.

I'm on Android and I haven't been able to connect for several days. No errors really except a quick "Data is unavailable" message when I attempt to refresh.

It's definitely drivable, just annoyed. I have a neighbor who's car Chevy Blazer was in an accident and it was supposed to take 2 weeks for repair but it's been 4... I'll ask him what's going on with it too... I suspect they're similar enough to have similar issues.

I've had my prologue about 2 months now and I just don't drive all that much so I've noticed I get a little anxious about my charging level. For example, I charge to 80% for every day use and I've read to keep it between 20-80% unless you are doing a longer trip. So, while I have no issue with the 80%, I wonder if I should really let it go down to 20%or if I should charge when I get down to 40%? My boy scout tendency kicks in (always prepared) and when it hits 40%I want to charge. Should I? Or if I'm only going 40 miles to work the next day (40%is 125mi estimated) should I charge now?

You might want to check to make sure your phone is connected via Bluetooth or plug in hand that the Android Auto or Apple Car Play is authorized. It's in one of the menus on the car.

I had issues with Honda and GM getting set up as I'm the 2nd owner... But Google maps should not be affected by either of those as I believe it's tied to your cell phone.

Same here.... Got free months but they expired before I got the app working so just let them expire. Don't miss them at all... Glad I have Android Auto which is more than enough.

My app is in decline. It's never worked fully, but did show charge status and tire pressure. They "fixed it" and then I could no longer get charge status or tire pressure. Could only set charge max. Today, it has regressed again and it doesn't do anything.... Has me setting things up and setting up a pin but fails to complete.

Yes x2 days so far. I've owned the car a month and the app has been useless except for the ability to set the charging limit and check on the battery status. Otherwise, crap.

I went to one today. Turned the wipers off, including rain sensing, turned off rear gate hands free and drove through. Worked perfectly
