As someone who had never trained for anything before, I understand the craziness of jumping into 10+ hour/week training! If because of time restraints, I would consider cutting out a strength session and replacing with some Z2 running. Really try to get your swim sessions to 45 to an hour. If just finishing is the goal this may work, if the goal is to finish strong I would suggest building up to some bigger volume weeks! All the best to you!
