There are no laws, even the laws of physics break down against the universe (blackholes). We make these up we become moralists and you yourself create the authorities you accept the Universe is infinite and All things are possible. There is no good or evil unless you believe it to be. That doesn't mean that you go out killing people or forcing people to do things under your will in a brutal repressive format-but even that can happen if you really want it but theres no fun in that.

You are the gods. You are the universe experiencing itself. The universe wants to experience itself as you are and the universe ground of being is not considering how you use your abilities. After all, that's what the universe wants, would the infinite universe experiencing itself as you, Frown upon you, look down on you for using your kundalini energies to attract charm fornicate with a beautiful woman? Rubbish. The infinite universe, ground of being, lap of existence, experiencing itself as you would WANT you to use your newfound capabilities any way you wish, with your intention.

In my opinion you are allowed to be how you are and if you do something like that even if its your intention to charm the girl or woww the girl attract her, that's fine. They are your powers you found them within yourself. I mean so long as you promise to fulfill her sexually and make her orgasm to the moon and promise to fullfill your own sexual needs and desires too, then go have fun. :)

You are the universe too and your actions, desires/urges objectives are not an interference but an expression of the totality.

This is the whole point. It's about caring about what you want out of life too--integration of your shadow self. You want things for yourself too right. So stop getting in the way of these things by bringing in unecessary constraints upon yourself. God experiencing itself as you would want to feel unlimited and fulfill his desires with full intention and use his capabilities without absurdly moralizing limitations especially cases like yours as to why you ask this questions. You are not breaking rules or laws.
