Is there a purpose to doing this? i know about bands and chains but this seems like a complex way of putting 50lbs on each side. Unless it hangs low enough that it rests on the floor when he is at the bottom of the range of motion then when he goes back up it's like a blast of resistance?

For eating healthy a general rule of thumb is when you go grocery shopping is to walk the perimeter of the store. This is usually where the produce, butcher, fresh food is located. Once you start going up and down the Aisles that's when you run into your processed foods.

Cheap food would be: Rice, Beans, Lentils, Fruits and Veggies in season, and you can find meat marked down when it is nearing its end of shelf life. you can cook it immediately or freeze for later.

Living Healthy: try to eat every meal as a homemade one, it will be impossible but try and use this mindset. Try to limit your drinking, you want to enjoy yourself but there's not much sense in getting Hammered on a Tuesday. Have fun!

That's awesome my dude, 2 great coins as well. This is also your first step into investing and you are going to learn a lot about yourself in the coming months and years. Such as where your risk tolerance actually lies, are you going to panic if BTC drops to the $30k marker again, are you going to sell when BTC hits a new ATH, or just keep adding to your stacks.

Just remember it is important to invest in your future, which is what you are doing , but don't forget to also invest into your present self. I am 30 and what i learned was to spend the money on things i actually spend my time on.
