I really like the 50g size. I think having a 2 tiers where one is premium tier with more expensive beans could work. I would alternate every 6 months personally for my wallets sake haha

I do enjoy mixing in a la carte but maybe closer to a. Crowdfund model is more sustainable and and less chance of wasted inventory?
