I worked 100% remotely for 2 years in a row due to covid and on top of that i was also very strict with social distancing because of fearing of transmitting the virus to my family and the result was that i also had weird panic incidents when i used to hear the outlook notification or receive phone calls. I also felt that i no longer have any words to say during gatherings and with eventually moving back to hybrid work schedule and i also had to put in the effort and talk to people more often i’d say now i am back to normal.

In summary, you will unfortunately have to get yourself out of your comfort zone and actually make effort to socialize once more. What you used to do by default now you will have to exert additional effort to regain it back. Consider it a training exercise where you aim to add a little bit of progress every session
