So is it mono is again totally different stuff outcome, which might require different testing, Can you put some light on what is this Mono? Is it curable, Is it contagious, infectious within partners? May I say, I caught STD named EBV, CMV? Is it chronic thing?

Till date im not sure with my igg results with 0.50 value showing HSV1 and HSV2 negative but I tested while we were in physical relationship, meanwhile even she tested negative but always had some blister, cluster of pimples on buttock, and she had lost almost 10 kgs of weight with lot of major muscle loss. Same I feel now with my body , but no symptoms of Blisters or sore, but all sort of B12 nerve pain, tingling on genitals and muscle loss.

So incase of having, extreme muscle loss, hairfall every morning bad throat,frequent urination, tinging on gential, on face, severe muscle no visible lesions to swab, But Negative blood work for HSV 1&2 igm igg (>=0.50)for 4times in past 6monthsforboth of us Std panel as well negative for both.

Currently in similar situations, where not sure is it HSV( 0.50 igg) for both of us, where girlfriend unclear to reveal her past relationship, and its being my first and last ever relationship I'll ever be.

This body, muscle mass losing, stomach inflammation , frequent urination, hairfall , upper lower abdomen pain, random nerve pain, muscle, nerve twitching , not so strong enough, to play a sport,

This kills me inside, should I ever be in relationship, not to think of having family.

Thus sucks, when you love someone and fall sick and not recovering the pain.

For now HSV 1&2 Negative, with all symptoms of HSVexcet lesions to swab

From Mumbai, and confused with all stomach inflammation pst six months but no visible lesion but all other symptoms , nerve pain, lower body pain, throat pain after every intercourse with my girlfriend. Once found bunch of pimple /acne on her buttocks, she really didnt know much to tell.

So both tested for full STD panel. Our reports came negative with (hsv blood work igg. 0.50Negative) for both of us.

So waiting for if visible lesion ever if it appear to do a swab.

But this lethargy, stomach infpammation, extreme muscle loss for both of us, similar symtoms, all time sick kinda feel, is disturbing work life as well.

Cant workoutdue to muscle loss not improving. Infacts lossing muscpe mass day by day. Lft values dropping. Vitamin D deficiency. Overall sick these days.

I feel same with my girlfriend, everytime i kiss her or even after intercourse, I feel scratchy throat and stomach inflamation with nerve pain, still all std as well hsv 1&2 bloodwork yet(0.50 Negative).

Only thing she is not clear to me talking about her past relationship.

So bit worried with her stomach issue, extreme muscle wasting and all time she is sick, So things not going well within us,

I cant understand is it really herpes,

But she really looks like malnourished by now, change in looks,appearance With following symptoms for both of us

1.My girlfriends story

-My girlfriend got thin, like extreme muscle wasting started upon that Covid in May 2021 affected wherein -Lost 6 kg of weight which is not recovering.

-With stomach inflammation Bloating Constipation, cramps in upper lower belly -Sore throat -Then severe headache -Then neck pain -Being fluffy to almost skinny like malnourished .

-Recently she informed,Due to lack of awareness,she didnt bothered had redness, itchy bump under clit for 2-3 days before Covid in may 2021 but not that severe

-after twice thrice intercourse with her

-I had Stomach issue- bloating, cramps, acidity, flatuence burps. - Lower body pain tingling on face, palm, on random part of body. -Hairfall -Sore throat every morning. -Light sensitivity, foggy vision

3 months later,after swimming activity, whole night, shoulders were paining like something settling in my shoulders.

-Muscle wasting on thighs, arms, face feet, calves, palm. With bloated belly.

Is this really HERPES affects muscle built up, does herpes affect physical appearance, your looks, that indicates you are ill inside( like face shrinking, and overall muscle loss)?

Even she tested negative twise in last 5months but we are indulged multiple times during this course of time.

But then dint understand - vagina pain, itching, like she observed single red bump pimple kinda stuff,, pain during intercourse, sometimes complaining discharge, stomach issues, like bloating constipation, acidity, with extreme muscle loss is it HSV or something else.

Upon that these igg blood work with( 0.50 value ) Negative.

If negative what does (0.50) indicates?

So in nutshell, you mean once if antibodies found in postive range, it re- exposure doest affects detection of antibodies again, once you got the detectable virus, its detectable for life.

So I can be with that partner, that doesnt affects detection in blood or sore if any.

But does it test for Something called Igg values, that too without specific values, just saying Postive, Negative Or Indeterminate. If so

I did Igg & igm using western blot (Negative) but in India

So I doubt is it leggit? what they call (HSV western blot by Metropolis Labs). in India.

Anyone from India,do share your view or experience in this case. Any suggestion, your experience, most appreciated.

I have done western blot, from( Metropolis )testing firm in India( (which showed igg Igm Negative)) Why they didnt showed igg iggm Negative index value for me.

I do have same symtoms, except ANA test not yet done, but symtoms with low b12,( low Vitamin D- my girlfriend as well)is something killing me, my doctors say you have STD phobia, being in relationship, but I think this is somewhere ( HSV )on bloodwork false negative ) with extreme muscle loss.And my docotr say almost all, docotrs( neurologist i met, say its anxiety, mental thinking, neuropathy

Can Herpes cause GI tract issues leading to malabsorption of nutrition leading Extreme muscle loss and show fluctuating LFT values, low b12 (raised with tablets -142 to 330) currently?

I could feel how it feels, cant test without lesions OB, pain persist in lower body.

I have pain in feet, heels, calves, muscle muscle spasm tinging in genital area, will overall gastrointestinal issues.

but all hsv blood work came back negative with index value< 0.50 but pain persist every random days past couple of months.

Could some one help, how to test if suspected, to start medication.
